Dance Instructors

Courtenay Recreation is looking for fun and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children to join our team as a Dance Instructor. This is a great opportunity if you share our Core Values, have a desire to continue to learn and grow in the job, are committed to serving the public, and enjoy team work and collaboration. This is a non-union, casual position responsible for working with children 3 – 12 years old, in structured and unstructured environments. Dance experience is required. Applicants must have experience working with these ages, be available to work for 2-3 hours a week between 9am and 7pm, and have a clean criminal record check.

Specifically, for the current spring session, we are looking for someone to teach classes Mondays between 9:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm-5:30pm. This could be fulfilled by one or more persons. Starting May 26th, 2022.
