The property owners of  468 3rd Street have applied to amend the Official Community Plan land use designation of this property from Commerical to Urban Residential and to rezone from Commercial Five Zone (C-5) to Residential Two B (R-2B) to allow for a secondary suite.

View a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, January 12, 2018, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
