The owner of 1290 10th Street East has applied to rezone their property from Residential One Zone (R-1) to Residential One S Zone (R-1S) to permit a secondary suite.

View a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, October 13, 2017, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
