Bylaw No. 2870

The City has received an application to rezone 2850 & 2924 Cliffe Avenue from Commercial Two Zone (C-2) to Residential Four A Zone (R-4A) and to amend the R-4A zone to include care facility, accessory commercial services for the personal care and convenience of onsite residents, and community service limited to adult daycare as permitted uses. The proposed zoning will also add a maximum Floor Area Ratio of 1.0 for a care facility in the R-4A zone.

View a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, July 14, 2017, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
