The City has received an application to rezone 3040 and 3070 Kilpatrick Avenue from Commercial Two Zone (C-2) to a site specific Comprehensive Development Zone (CD-26) to allow a mixed-use development with approximately 116 residential units and approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of commercial floor space.

View a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, September 15, 2017, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
