Public Hearing: Zoning Amendment, 3420 Rhys Road

The City has received an application to adjust the zoning boundaries for 3420 Rhys Road to accommodate the realignment and dedication of Harbourview Boulevard.
The zoning amendment bylaw proposes to:
- Rezone 1,060.1 m² of land from R-3 to CD-21 and 1,177.1 m² of land from CD-21 to R-3;
- Rezone 832.6 m² of land from CD-21 to PA-2 and 324 m² of land from PA-2 to CD-21; and to
- Rezone a portion of City Road right-of way from R-3 to CD-21.

View a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.
If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, April 13, 2018, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
