The 2015 property tax deadline is July 2, 2015 at 4:30 pm. After that date and time, a 10 percent statutory will apply to all unpaid property taxes.
The electronic home owner grant is no longer available after 4:30 pm on July 2. 2015. After that date and time, home owner grants may be claimed in person at Courtenay City Hall, through the mail, by fax to 250-334-4241, or dropped in the after-hours mail slot located in the main front doors at City Hall.
