Gladstone Brewing Proposed Outdoor Patio

Gladstone Brewery at 244 4th Street has requested an amendment to their lounge endorsement that would allow the addition of an outdoor patio.

Currently, their micro-brewery operates a small indoor lounge. The proposed additional patio would accommodate up to 118 people.

The City of Courtenay is now requesting the views of area residents and businesses on this request.

Written comments on this application must be received by the undersigned by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday May 6, 2015.

Council will consider this request at the May 11, 2015 Council meeting.
