Road Closures for Downtown Courtenay Farmers Market

Starting July 8, England Avenue between 5th and 6th Streets will be closed on Wednesdays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Downtown Courtenay Mid-Week Farmers' Market will run weekly from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm until September 2, 2015.

From the Comox Valley Farmers Market:

"Downtown Courtenay will host the mid-week Farmers' Market again this year on England Ave between 5th and 6th Streets. The market brings 25+ vendors to the downtown core each week offering everything from veggies and fruit to hot brunch; indluding meat and seafood, healthy body products, soups, sauces and preserves, baked goods and wine and spirits.

The midweek market runs Wednesday mornings July 8th to Sept 2nd from 9:00-12:30 but if you need to stop in before work at 9:00 early sales may be accommodated after 8:30 if the vendor is ready.
