Avalanche Bar and Grill Application for Outdoor Patio

Avalanche Bar and Grill, located at 275 8th Street in downtown Courtenay, has submitted an application to construct an outdoor patio on the sidewalk in front of their establishment.

As part of the application process, Courtenay Council must provide a resolution to the British Columbia Liquor Control and Licencing Branch addressing the potential for noise, the impact on the community, and the impact on nearby residents (as per section 53 of the Liquor Control and Licencing Regulation).

Written comments on this application must be received by Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 4:00 pm. Council will consider the application at the July 4, 2016 Council meeting.
