New Traffic Signals on Lerwick Road at Waters Place

Improvements to Lerwick Road at Waters Place are nearing completion, with plans to activate a newly installed set of traffic signals at the intersection on Wednesday, August 16.

The traffic signals are being energized in advance of the future opening of the new North Island Hospital Comox Valley campus, happening in October 2017.

The intersection changes will improve access for all commuters to the main entrance of the future hospital. Please be advised that the new hospital is not open to the public at this time.
