Phone System Upgrades at City Facilities

Several City of Courtenay facilities will be switching to a new phone system over the next two days, on Wednesday and Thursday, May 31 and June 1.
The facilities are:
- Public Works
- Fire Hall
- Lewis Centre
- Filberg Centre
During the transition at each facility, there will be temporary cuts to their phone service. Only one building will be affected at a time. The outages are expected to last around 20 minutes each.
Phone system upgrades at City Hall are scheduled for July 2017.
