Temporary Network Issues at City Facilities

City of Courtenay facilities are experiencing intermittent issues with our computer network and internet access today, which may result in service delays to the public.

There have been intermittent outages throughout the day.

Affected facilities include:

• City Hall
• Florence Filberg Centre
• Lewis Centre
• Public Works
• Courtenay Fire Hall

The LINC Youth Centre is largely unaffected, however registrations for youth programs may be impacted, as those are done through other Courtenay Recreation facilities - the Lewis Centre and Florence Filberg Centre.

Information technology staff are working on resolving the issue with our network provider. The intermittent outages may continue through Wednesday, May 10.  We are doing our best to continue serving the public as quickly as possible during these computer network issues. Thank you for your patience!
