The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
1.00 STAFF REPORTS
Financial Overview
Sandy Gray, Administrator and Tillie Manthey, Director of Financial Services gave Council an economic update.
Moved by McRae and seconded by Presley that Council receive the economic update report for information.

Capital Projects Update
Randy Wiwchar, Director of Community Services updated Council on capital upgrades and the following park projects:
· senior fitness park
· Malahat Grove
· west and south parks and greenways
· Cottonwood Gardens (Old Orchard Park)
Kevin Lagan, Director of Operational Services updated Council on capital and infrastructure items. There is a potential 42 projects at an estimated budget of $10.6M.
2.00 RESOLUTIONS OF COUNCIL
In Camera Meeting
Moved by Presley and seconded by McRae that under the provisions of Section 90(1)(c) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that a Special In-Camera meeting closed to the public, will be held March 30, 2009 at the conclusion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting.

Moved by Jangula and seconded by Presley that the meeting now adjourn at 4:48 p.m.
