The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
1.00 RESOLUTIONS OF COUNCIL
Moved by Presley and seconded by Phelps that under the provisions of Section 90 (1)(k) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that a special In Camera meeting closed to the public will be held March 31st, 2008 at the conclusion of the Council Committee of the Whole meeting.

Regional District Budget
Councillor Presley provided an update regarding the Comox Valley Regional District Budget.
Water Meters
Mayor Winchester reviewed a news release regarding the Universal Water Metering program from the Comox Valley Regional District.
Moved by Jangula and seconded by Theos that a letter be written to the Comox Valley Regional District requesting that should the Regional District choose to proceed with borrowing bylaws to fund universal water metering, two public information meetings be held, one in Comox and one in Courtenay.
