The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m.

Acting Mayor Phelps approved the addition of two late items to the agenda.
2.00 NEW BUSINESS
1. 2007 Annual Municipal Report
Moved by Jangula and seconded by Theos that Council receive the 2007 Annual Municipal Report for information; and
That Council consider any submissions and questions by the public at the Committee of the Whole meeting to be held June 25, 2007.

2. 2004-2008 I.T. Strategic Plan – Update on Implementation of Strategies
Moved by Leonard and seconded by Presley that Council accept the Strategic Plan – Update on Implementation of Strategies report for information.

3. Integrated Community Sustainability Planning Grant
Moved by Leonard and seconded by Theos that Council approve the application for a $5000.00 Integrated Community Sustainability Planning Grant.

4. Request to Ministry of Transportation from Cycling Task Force
Moved by Leonard and seconded by Theos that the City write to the Ministry of Transportation on behalf of the C.V. Cycling Task force requesting its service level plan and contact information for the public to report any concerns.
