PURCHASING GOODS AND SERVICES

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for all purchasing of equipment, materials, supplies and services.

All purchases for equipment, material, supplies, or services for all departments of the City are to be authorized by the issuance of a purchase order issued from the Purchasing Agent.

Any vendor wishing to do business with the City should contact the Purchasing Agent at City Hall, 830 Cliffe Ave Courtenay BC, V9N 2J7.
