BC Hydro Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP)

Did you know that BC Hydro provides free Home Energy Upgrades to their customers living in low income households?

The Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP) will provide qualified BC Hydro residential account holders with a home energy evaluation, the installation of energy saving products, and personalized energy efficiency advice. All of this is free of charge to the participant.

Energy saving products that may be installed include insulation, refrigerators, draft proofing and more. To find out who qualifies, and how to apply, call 1.877.431.9463 or visit www.bchydro.com/ecap.
