PUBLIC NOTICE
Applebee’s Neighbourhood Grill & Bar Permanent Change to Liquor Licence
Take Notice that pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.3 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act (RSBC 1996), the City of Courtenay wishes to gather the views of area residents and businesses on a request by Applebee’s Neighbourhood Grill & Bar for a permanent change to its Food-Primary liquor licence, specifically a “Patron participation entertainment endorsement” for its facility located at 2910 Kilpatrick Avenue, Courtenay B.C.
Written comments on this application must be received by the undersigned by 4:00 p.m., Friday May 13th, 2011.
The application to be considered by Courtenay Council and relevant documents are available for public inspection at City Hall, 830 Cliffe Avenue, Courtenay, BC, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. excluding statutory holidays from the date of the publication of this notice up to and including May 13th, 2011.
