South Servicing
The City of Courtenay is in the planning stages for delivering water and sewer service to a small portion of the South Courtenay area. This presents an opportunity for property owners in this area to consider hooking up to water and sewer services. The area is bordered by Millard Road to the north and the area of Hilton Road to the south. It includes approximately 165 properties in the City of Courtenay and in Electoral Area ‘A’.
Project Update – Spring/Summer 2012: A detailed design for the infrastructure work is in development. Once this is complete the service area boundaries will be established and presented to City Council. The project team will continue to keep property owners informed through update mailouts and information sessions. (The most recent update mailout was sent to owners in early May.)
