Water ShutOff
For water shut-off requests, please call 338-1525.
We require your name, address and phone number and also 48 hours notice so that we may schedule our staff accordingly.
There is no charge for the shut off and it must take place during regular working hours, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. We will attend, turn the water off, and the homeowner or the plumber can call 338-1525 when they are ready to have the water turned back on.
If it is an emergency (i.e. a water line break), we will attend immediately.
