BUILDING PERMIT FEES
A plan processing fee as outlined below must accompany all building permit applications.
BUILDING PERMITS: PERMIT PROCESSING FEE:
Not Exceeding $100,000 (construction value) $50.00
Greater than $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 $100.00
Greater than $500,000 $500.00
This fee will be applied to your building permit fee.
Building Permit Fees:
$7.50/per $1000 of construction value.
**Please note that the permit fee is double if the work is commenced prior to the issuance of the permit.
