Fitness Schedule Winter 2012

A few things to remember...
• Punch Cards, Coupons or receipts must be presented at each class for admittance.
• Participants are required to pay & sign in prior to start of class. 
• Sign in BEGINS 15 minutes before class start time.
• Children in fitness classes: The City of Courtenay fitness classes are teen and adult oriented. 
   For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all, it is City of Courtenay policy that children 12 years
   of age and younger cannot be accommodated in fitness classes. Ask us about childcare hours.
• All schedules are subject to change.
• If you must leave class early, please be sure to cool down and stretch properly.
• Please inform your instructor of any injuries and limitations of which he or she should be aware.
• Proper footwear is essential.
• All class participants are welcomed on a first paid & signed-in basis at our front desk.
• For your safety & the enjoyment of others, we request participants to be set-up 5 minutes prior
   to class start time and to put away their own steps and equipment at the end of each class.
• Each workout is YOUR workout. Classes are not competitions. Success is measured from within.
   Remember to HAVE FUN! We appreciate your feedback. Participants are encouraged to fill out a
