Registered Fitness Programs
Six Pack and Back This class concentrates on strengthening and stretching the abs and back as well as increasing flexibility. Equipment such as bands, free weights, and body weight will be incorporated. Although the heart rate may become elevated during strong muscular conditioning, the focus of this class is not cardiovascular endurance.

Cardio Tennis Cardio tennis pushes your fitness to a new level with a high energy workout! It’s a fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate high energy workout including a warmup, cardio workout and cool down phase. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you need to try this exciting new workout! No class June 8.
