While there is no such thing as the fountain of youth, strength training can prevent and even reverse some of the effects of aging. Some of the benefits of strength training include heavier bone density, improved balance and increased total strength. All of which can contribute to a greater ease in performing everyday tasks and to your overall quality of life. This class utilizes cardio and resistance training stations and is suitable for all fitness levels.
