Weightroom Personal Training Packages
Basic Consultation - $48
This consultation is perfect for those who are interested in getting a more focused plan in place based on their fitness goals. During our session, we discuss your goals and objectives, history of injuries and any issues that you may deal with on a regular basis. Our trainer will then design an individualized exercise program for the weight room, workplace, home or home gym to help you achieve your goals in less time.
Stretching & Flexibility Training $55
Improvement of one’s range of motion is what this program promotes. The stretching and flexibility program is designed to aid in the reduction of muscle soreness, and helps you move through, or closer to, your full range of motion.
8 Week Transform $225
The 8 Week Transform is a more extensive personal training package that provides the initial consultation along with a one on one personal training session each week for 8 weeks. This has been proven to provide faster results – since the trainer keeps you on track, and holds you to obtain your goals.
Fitness Tune Up $150
Do you exercise on a regular basis, but just aren’t getting the results that you want and expect? Most people are doing the same routine each time and feel like they have reached a plateau in their fitness progress. If that sounds familiar, then our fitness tune up may be for you! (This program is not for the beginner exerciser)
