Vendors are advised the City of Courtenay (the City) intends to direct award a five year term contract to Tayco Paving Ltd. to supply asphalt paving services for the term 2021 - 2025 on an as and when needed basis.
Vendors wishing to challenge the City's intention to direct award a contract to Tayco Paving Ltd. must submit their objection, in writing, via email to the following person on, or before 2:00pm PST on May 31st, 2021.
