The owner of the above noted property has applied for a text amendment to the Rural Residential Five Zone (RR-5) to allow a secondary residence as a permitted use on this property.

You may also view a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, April 12, 2019, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
