BC Day Facility Closures

The following City of Courtenay facilities and offices will be closed or have altered hours on Monday, August 5 for the BC Day holiday:

  • City Hall
  • Courtenay Recreation  Florence Filberg Centre
  • Courtenay Recreation Lewis Centre
  • Public Works Yard
  • Courtenay Fire Hall
  • The LINC Youth Centre (always closed on Mondays)

Courtenay & District Memorial Outdoor Swimming Pool
The outdoor pool will be open on BC Day from 1:30 to 4:30 pm for Open Swim ONLY.

Fire and Other Emergency Services
The Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department will be on-call for emergency services. Call 9-1-1.

The Public Works Yard will be on-call for emergency services. Call 250-334-2947.
