The City of Courtenay is considering an application to rezone the above noted property from Commercial Two A Zone (C-2A) to Residential Four A Zone (R-4A) to facilitate a proposed 79 unit multi residential development.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, August 3, 2018, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
