2017 to 2021 Financial Plan
The City of Courtenay 2017 - 2021 Five Year Financial Plan includes all revenues and expenses from the general, water and sewer funds. The 2017 – 2021 Financial Plan also includes operating costs to provide sustainable service delivery to the citizens of Courtenay plus a capital program that follows asset management guidelines when addressing in-service failures and the promotion of asset renewal and upgrades. Property tax rates are set during the Financial Plan process based on how much revenue is required to maintain Council approved levels of services to our citizens.
