The City of Courtenay is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for the design, supply and installation of a replacement VOIP telephone system. Through this process, the City intends to shortlist three Proponents who will be invited to conduct presentations (refer to Section 3.3). From those three shortlisted Proponents, the City will select one successful Proponent who will be invited to finalize an agreement.
