Lerwick Road Lane Closure

Update Tuesday April 28, 4:30 pm: The northbound slow lane (shoulder lane) closure on Lerwick Road between Mcdonald Road and Inverclyde Way has been extended overnight, to give the concrete additional time to cure. The lane should reopen on Wednesday morning, April 29, at approximately 9:00 am. The lane closure is marked with road signs and flashing lights. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The northbound slow lane on Lerwick Road between Mcdonald Road and Inverclyde Way will be reduced to single-lane traffic today (Tuesday, April 28) until approximately 4:00 pm, while crews work on sanitary manhole repairs.

Traffic control personnel will be available to assist all commuters and emergency vehicles.
