The LINC Youth Centre Re-opens Monday, Nov.14

The LINC Youth Centre will re-open tonight after being closed for a week due to potential flooding in the area. Skate lessons and Adult Skate (18+ years) are on tonight (Monday, Nov.14) and regular tween night drop-in is on tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov.15). FMI: 250-334-8138 or 250-338-5371

November 8, 2016: A message for patrons of the Lewis Centre and the LINC Youth Centre:   

The City of Courtenay and Courtenay Recreation are diligently monitoring the weather systems in coordination with local emergency officials. Due to potential flooding in the area, the LINC Youth Centre will remain CLOSED until Monday, November 14.

There may also be interruptions to programming and facility operations at the Lewis Centre.

Updates on facility and program cancellations and closures will be posted as soon as they are available to the City of Courtenay website, Facebook and Twitter channels.  As the potential for flooding may change rapidly without notice, please check online for the latest information prior to visiting. As always, public safety and accessibility are paramount.
