Temporary Courtenay Riverway Closure on June 12 and 13

A section of the Courtenay Riverway will be closed for construction Monday, June 12 and Tuesday, June 13. Construction is taking place at the entrance to the northbound Riverway walkway at 20^th Street, and will result in a walkway closure between 19^th and 20^th Streets (see the map). Detour by using Riverside Lane between 19^th and 20^th Streets.

Please anticipate that the area will be inaccessible and will require a detour throughout the two-day construction period. Flagging personnel will be in place during the day to direct people to the detour.
