Temporary Courtenay Riverway Trail Closure

A section of the Courtenay Riverway trail will be closed on Monday, March 5 for construction of the adjacent Riverside Senior Living Complex at the Westerly Hotel, resulting in detours around a section of the walkway.

The trail will be closed in a section just north of the 17^th Street Bridge as well as the Riverside Lane entrance (behind Rexall Drugstore). Please anticipate that the trail will be inaccessible around the construction area and use posted detours from 11^th Street to Cliffe Avenue or from 19^th Street to Cliffe Avenue.
