Create a New Online Account for Courtenay Recreation

Courtenay Recreation is moving to new software in 2020 which will include one major and long-awaited new feature: online registration. Patrons will be able to register for programs and activities beginning Monday, March 2, 2020 -- the first day of Spring program registration.

To ensure everyone is ready for Spring Registration – whether online or otherwise, Courtenay Recreation is urging patrons to set up their accounts before March 2.

“We’re very excited about this new software, we’ve been working really hard on getting everything set up for a smooth transition,” said Kathy Collins, Manager of Recreation Programming. “The more people who create their accounts in advance, the faster it will be on registration day for everyone to get into their favourite Courtenay Rec programs.”

Online accounts can be created on our Online Registration page or by visiting the Lewis or Filberg Centre offices.

As an added incentive, watch prize draws for a $50 Courtenay Recreation gift certificate for those who set-up accounts online. The first prize draw is December 17 and draws take place every two weeks until February 18.
