Draft Courtenay Parks and Recreation Master Plan is Available

January 24, 2019

The City of Courtenay is updating the Parks and Recreation Master Plan – the first major update for the plan in over 20 years. This master plan will inform planning and decision-making for our community’s parks, trails,  recreation facilities and programs for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us your priorities for parks and recreation in the city through the survey, as well as through focus group sessions and community workshops in the fall of 2017. 901 people completed the survey.
