Curbside Collection Delays

Our curbside collection contractor Emterra is reporting ongoing delays with curbside collection this week. Collection priority will be garbage, followed by recycling, then yard waste.
Alerts will be issued via the Courtenay Collects app as we receive information from the contractor. Thank you for your understanding.
Updates:
Yard waste:
Zone 2 (Tuesday): any missed yard waste this week will be picked up on your next scheduled collection day.
Yard waste will not be collected in the following zones this week:
- Zone 3 (Wednesday)
- Zone 4 (Thursday)
- Zone 5 (Friday)
Recycling:
Any missed recycling will not be collected in the following zones this week:
- Zone 4 (Thursday)
- Zone 5 (Friday)
