Application for Change to Liquor Licence: Crown Isle Golf Club

August 30, 2022

Crown Isle Golf Club, 399 Clubhouse Drive, has submitted an application to the Liquor & Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) for a structural change to their liquor licence. The change would make the current temporary patio a permanent part of the liquor licence and would increase the capacity from 180 to 220 persons.

Pursuant to section 38 (3)(c) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, the local government must gather the views of residents when the applicant has given the local government notice of the application. In order to gather the views of residents, the City’s practice has been to post notice of the application on the City’s website for two weeks.

The public comment gathering period will be open between August 30 - September 19, 2022. Council will consider the application at a future Council meeting.
