The City of Courtenay invites Tenders for C24-013, 1st Street Lift Station Upgrade. The work
will include the following:
• Installation of 7.0m deep wet well, 20hp duplex pump station with above ground valve chamber, power and controls kiosk, site fencing and lighting
• Receive & install backup generator (pre-purchased by City)
• Install approx. 450 meters of 200mm & 300mm diameter PVC gravity sanitary main
• Install approx. 260 meters of 200mm diameter HDPE sanitary forcemain
• Residential sanitary service installation
• Decommissioning of current 1st Street Lift Station
• Handling and disposal of asbestos concrete pipe
• Various site works
An optional pre-tender site meeting to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
The meeting location will be 1201 1st Street (1st Lift Station), Courtenay, B.C.
