The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of coffee and other drink related supplies and services at a number of different City facilities.

The City plans to hold an optional briefing and site visit on March 20, 2024 commencing at 10:00am. The briefing will start at the City’s Public Works Yard located at 1000 Piercy Avenue. Proponents should meet in the public parking lot outside the reception office. All other City facilities included in this RFP will also be toured at this briefing.
The contract shall be for a three (3) year term, commencing on July 1, 2024 and expiring on June 30, 2027. The contract may be extended for up to an additional two (2) years based on mutual agreement by both parties, satisfactory pricing and a satisfactory performance review performed by the City.
