An application has been made for the above noted properties to amend the Official Community Plan land use designation of the Lannan Road property to Mixed Use and to rezone it and the other areas from Rural Eight Zone (RU-8) and Comprehensive Development One B Zone (CD-1B) to a new Comprehensive Development One J Zone (CD-1J) to facilitate a mixed use multi residential development.

You may also view a copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant documents at Courtenay City Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until the public hearing.
If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written submissions must be received by the City no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, January 17, 2020, to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
