Public Hearings will be live-streamed on the City of Courtenay YouTube channel. Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
The deadline for written submissions is three hours prior to the start of the public hearing. Submissions should contain the writer’s name and address which become part of the public record. Council cannot hear from any interested parties, receive written submissions or receive any new information related to the bylaw following the conclusion of the public hearing.
