Simms Concert Series - The Sutcliffes

Date & Time: June 12, 2022 (7:00pm - 8:30pm)

Category: Recreation (See all events in this category)

The Sutcliffes are a Beatles tribute band with a slightly different take. Their focus is on the Beatle’s early years (from Hamburg, to the Cavern, and the BBC studios) with a nod to the more well-known songs. They also cover many of the Beatles early influences from the early rock and roll classics of Chuck Berry, to the R&B of Anna and the country and rockabilly of Ray Charles.

Other featured Simms Park performances on Sundays at 7 p.m. include Ralph Barrat and the Sharp 7 on June 19, Zandhunga on June 26, Nanaimo Concert Band on July 17, TBD on July 24, Dennis Bouwman on August 7, and My Son the Hurricane and a Food Bank Drive on August 14.
