Canada Day Facility Closures

The Canada Day holiday will affect the following City of Courtenay facilities:

The Lewis Centre will be open to the public for washrooms only on Canada Day, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. the Wellness Centre and all other Lewis Centre amenities will be closed.

The Courtenay Outdoor Pool will be open for a FREE public swim from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. More pool information

The Native Sons Hall will be open from 2:00 to 4:00 pm for the July 1st Native Sons Hall Tea Dance, hosted by the Evergreen Club.

• Public Works Yard
• Courtenay Fire Hall
• The LINC Youth Centre

Fire and Other Emergency Services

The Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department will be on-call for emergency services. Call 9-1-1.
