Online Tax Certificate Service for Lawyers and Notaries
City of Courtenay tax certificates are only available through Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) provided by Access Point Information Canada (APIC). By purchasing certificates directly through APIC’s website, users have easier access to certificates, save time, and improve turnaround time for receiving tax information.
To obtain certificates:
- Customers using a credit card to purchase City of Courtenay Tax Certificates can register with Access Point Information Canada (APIC) at API Canada.
- 2. myLTSA Enterprise: If you have an account, log in and from the main menu, select Service Providers and Order Tax Certificates. For more information about myLTSA or to become a customer, visit ltsa.ca
Property Tax Installments withdrawals are on the 1st of each month, therefore account balances may change prior to final adjustments. Please contact the Finance Department before adjusting on any credit balance.
The City of Courtenay’s fee for tax certificates remains $10 per certificate. However, the service provider will include an additional service charge.
