SwimFit is a new program for those looking to get a workout in the pool. Each Saturday morning, we will have a workout that individuals can follow at their own pace, but also receive stroke correction feedback from a lifeguard. No swim July 1.

AQUAFIT

Make a splash with this deep water energizer. Invigorating cardio workouts designed to get you moving while improving your posture, balance & flexibility. Instructors will vary throughout the week. No Class July 3 & August 7.

BRONZE MEDALLION
(13 years & over)
Bronze medallion challenges the candidate both mentally and physically. Judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness - the four components of water rescue - form the basis of this training. You’ll acquire the assessment and problem solving skills needed to make good decisions on, and around, the water. Bronze Medallion is a pre-requisite for Bronze Cross.

BRONZE CROSS
(13 years & over)
Bronze Cross begins the transition from lifesaving to lifeguarding and prepares you for the responsibilities as assistant lifeguards. You’ll strengthen your lifesaving skills and begin to apply the principles and techniques of active surveillance in Aquatic facilities. Bronze Cross emphasizes the importance of teamwork and communication in preventing and responding to Aquatic emergencies.

ADAPTED SWIM

Join in on the fun in this swim for all ages and abilities! The lift is available for anyone needing support to get into the water. Adapted aid workers are free to swim with their participants.

Cool down after a long day of warm weather and sun with our evening lengths. The pool is transformed into lengths just for you! Equipment is available for participants to use.

Open swim is a fun, non-structured time where you can practice swim skills, get active, play and spend time with your family and friends, while you cool off during the hottest time of the day!
