Reserved Drop-in Fitness

Patrons who have registered for programs or those who have pre-reserved for fitness classes or the Wellness Centre will have access to the Lewis Centre at designated times.

New for Spring! Wellness Centre and Drop in Fitness classes can now be booked up to a month at a time (every third Thursday of the month)

Dates for Drop in Fitness registration are as follows:
* registration for March 22 to April 1 starts Thursday March 11, 10:00am
* registration for month of April starts March 8, 7:15am
* registration for May starts Thursday April 22, 10:00am
* registration for June starts Thursday May 20, 10:00am

Mondays 9:00 - 10:15 am
This low impact class instructed by Tammy Jones, will consist mainly strength and core exercises using weights, bosu balls and bands.

This lower intensity and shorter lunchtime version of the full class on Wednesdays, will utilize bender balls and gliders to strengthen, tone and work your muscles from head to toe.Instructor: Nancy Victoria

STEVE’S STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Tuesdays 10:30 - 11:30 am, Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00 am
Join Steve for his lower intensity but just as effective strength and conditioning class, as he guides you through muscle building exercises, with a focus on core, overall muscle toning and improving strength, that will no doubt leave you feeling stronger than ever!

Join Luis on Saturday mornings for a low intensity but just as effective workout where you will work on sculpting your core, toning your muscles and improving overall strength! Instructor: Luis Acosta

ZUMBA TONING *Outdoors
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 pm, starting May 3
Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves. Instructor: Milena Spratt

ZUMBA WITH MILENA *Outdoors 
Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am, starting May 5
This Latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest in this one-hour fun class where you will work hard and smile your way through. Instructor: Milena Spratt

CHISELED
Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
In this class lower weights are mixed with high reps and cardio. Chiseled is designed to sculpt your muscles and speed up your metabolism. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

BUTTS & GUTTS

This fast and effective strengthening and toning workout is taught so any fitness level can participate.

SPIN EXPRESS *Outdoors
Fridays 12:10 - 1:00 pm, starting May 7
Beginners to spin are welcome, and seasoned cyclists will be challenged. Class is composed of a warm-up, cardio, cool-down and stretch. Instructor: Fiona McQuillan
