Drop-in Fitness

The Wellness Centre is reopening on Friday, January 21st and fitness and dance classes are resuming the week of January 24th.

Effective Winter 2022, we will be eliminating the pre-registration option for drop in fitness programs. Participants with a Punchcard or Fitness membership will go straight to the room in which their class is being held where the instructor will scan their card on an IPad. A person paying for a drop-in before the class, will proceed to the kiosk or office to purchase their drop-in no earlier than 15 minutes before class, sign the waiver form and be provided a receipt to take to the instructor for proof of purchase.

ZUMBA TONING

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves. Instructor: Milena Spratt 

STEP IT UP

Join us for this fun throwback step class, where you’ll get a full body, low impact workout! Instructor: Signi Caine

BOOTCAMP BLAST
Tuesdays 10:30 - 11:30 am, Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00 am
You’ll get your butt kicked with a mix of equipment based and bodyweight exercises. This class combines cardio, functional training and conditioning exercises. Instructor: Steve Thomson 

YOGA FUSION

This Latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest! Instructor: Milena Spratt

HIIT

CHISELED STRONG 
Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
In this class lower weights are mixed with high reps and cardio, designed to sculpt your muscles and speed up your metabolism. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

DANCEFIT SILVER
Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 am
This lower intensity (but just as fun), dance based fitness class will have you working out to easy-to-follow dance moves, exercises and fun, upbeat music. Instructor: Lyla Pettis

BUTTS & GUTTS

This fast and effective strengthening and toning workout is taught so any fitness level can participate. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

SPIN EXPRESS
Fridays 12:05 - 1:00 pm
Beginners to Spin welcome, and seasoned cyclists will be challenged. Class includes a warm-up, cardio, cool-down and stretch. Instructor: Fiona McQuillan 

TRICYCLE
Fridays 9:00 - 10:00 am
Coming on and off the bike, this class gets the heart pumping with 5-8 minute sets on the bike alternating with 5-8 minute sets on the floor focusing on strength training all muscle groups. All abilities welcome. Instructor: Michaela Jelen

20/20/20
Fridays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Challenge yourself with 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core and stretching. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

PEDAL N’ SCULPT
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:15 am This Saturday morning class begins with a cycle workout, followed by strength and ab training. Instructor: Luis Acosta
