Reserved Drop-in Fitness

Patrons who have registered for programs or those who have pre-reserved for fitness classes or the Wellness Centre will have access to the Lewis Centre at designated times.

Wellness Centre and Drop in Fitness classes can now be booked up to a month at a time (every third Thursday of the month)

Dates for Drop in Fitness registration are as follows:
* registration for May started Thursday April 22, 10:00 am
* registration for June starts Thursday May 20, 10:00 am
* registration for July starts Thursday June 17, 10:00 am
* registration for August starts Thursday July 22, 10:00 am

RIPPED MINI
Mondays 12:10 - 12:55 pm Outdoors
This lower intensity and shorter lunchtime version of the full class on Wednesdays, will utilize bender balls and gliders to strengthen, tone and work your muscles from head to toe.Instructor: Nancy Victoria

KIM’S HATHA YOGA

In this noon hour yoga class you will work on three main areas: breathing technique, reducing stress and promoting relaxation throughout the body and mind. This class is for all levels and a great option for beginners. Instructor: Kim Johnson

20/20/20
Wednesdays 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Join Tammy as she leads you through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training (using a variety of equipment) and 20 minutes of core and strength. You are guaranteed to get a great workout in this class! Instructor: Tammy Jones

CHISELED

In this class lower weights are mixed with high reps and cardio. Chiseled is designed to sculpt your muscles and speed up your metabolism. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

BUTTS & GUTTS

CORE N’ CUTS

A core based exercise class intermixed with HIIT Cardio using balls, Bosus, bikes, bands and body weight to carve curves, sculpt abs, & melt body fat. Instructor: Steve Thomson

PEDAL N’ SCULPT
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:15 am
This popular Saturday morning workout is comprised of everything you’ll need. Class begins with a cycle workout and then moves to strength and abdominal training. Instructor: Luis Acosta
