Drop-in Fitness

Effective Winter 2022, we will be eliminating the pre-registration option for drop in fitness programs. Participants with a Punchcard or Fitness membership will go straight to the room in which their class is being held where the instructor will scan their card on an IPad. A person paying for a drop-in before the class, will proceed to the kiosk or office to purchase their drop-in no earlier than 15 minutes before class, sign the waiver form and be provided a receipt to take to the instructor for proof of purchase.

TRICYCLE

This class gets the heart pumping with 5-8 minute sets on the bike alternating with 5-8 minute sets on the floor focusing on strength training all muscle groups. All abilities welcome. Instructor: Michaela Jelen
