Learn more about fundamental movement and physical literacy in a great one day training program! Courtenay Rec is offering NCCP (National Coaching Certification) Fundamental Movement Skills Certification and Physical Literacy Training on Sunday, March 1st at the Lower Native Sons Hall. Instructor Chris Wright is a leading voice in the application of physical literacy and will share his extensive experience in working on programs for all ages and abilities. This class targets deep core musculature along with the glutes and low back. Body weight exercises progressing further to Swiss ball, Bosu and more.
